JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager will lead technical marketing and business development activities by managing key customer relationships, preparing strategic techno-commercial proposals, driving lead generation initiatives, and supporting business growth. The role requires strong coordination with engineering and production teams while handling customer negotiations, market analysis, and branding initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The candidate should have work experience in oil & gas fired and solid fired boiler sector, and should have knowledge of oil & gas fired boilers
• Should attend pre-bid engineering meeting with customer to understand the scope of work
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic customer relationships. Drive sales growth through lead generation and market expansion in international as well as domestic market.
• Manage key customer accounts and ensure timely support, follow-ups, and business reviews
• Should be able to asses customer behavior, financial capacity and key decision maker
• Should be able to prepare offers, terms, BOP etc.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and management teams for project execution and delivery commitments.
• Guide and mentor junior marketing engineers while supporting team development activities.
• Connect with consultants for the industry to generate business
• Lead exhibitions, trade shows, customer meetings, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in marketing communication, branding, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking, market analysis, and business forecasting to support strategic planning.
• Prepare sales MIS reports, KPI analysis, revenue forecasts, and management presentations.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings, exhibitions, site visits, and business development activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Qualification & Experience

B.E./ B.Tech or M.E./ M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

12-15 years of experience in oil & gas fired and solid fired boilers.
